Someone who is self-motivated, detail oriented, can maintain a clean and organized work area, and help to ensure customers are receiving both high-quality products and high-quality service. Someone to join our dedicated team of professionals, and help to maintain a positive work environment, and uphold the restaurant's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Provide guests with a positive and memorable dining experience
Know the food and drink menus in detail
Be able to answer customer questions about the restaurant, menu, etc.
Know how to open and close the restaurant
Complete side work associated with your serving responsibilities
Complete all tasks necessary to provide customers with a positive dining experience

Qualifications

Must have serving experience in a high customer turnover restaurant.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong hospitality skills needed to provide customers with excellent service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Must be able to move quickly throughout the restaurant and be able to carry 25+ pounds
