Alliance Center for Education is hiring a NC Pre‑K Teacher to support classroom instruction and create a safe, nurturing learning environment for preschool‑age children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement NC Pre‑K–approved curriculum with fidelity
  • Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate instruction for children ages 4–5
  • Support social‑emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development
  • Maintain required NC Pre‑K and DCDEE documentation
  • Collaborate with assistants, specialists, and families
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom environment

Qualifications

  • NC Pre‑K Lead Teacher credentials (B‑K License or BA/BS in ECE or related field with NC Pre‑K eligibility)
  • At least 2 years of experience working with preschool‑age children
  • Experience with TSG and lesson planning

Knowledge of NC Early Learning Standards

  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
