Location: Brewster, NY | On-Site

Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM & Sundays 12:00PM – 5:00PM

Pay Range: $18 / hour + Sunday Bonus Pay

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and play an important role in providing excellent service to our customers. We're looking for a friendly, professional, and organized individual who can confidently communicate with customers, provide product and service information, process orders, and help resolve customer concerns.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will

  • Answer phones and monitor emails while handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide customers with accurate information about Ace Endico's products and services
  • Assist customers with placing and managing orders
  • Address customer questions and concerns and work to resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Document and update customer records using company software
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our evolving products, services, and offerings
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer information and documentation
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software and systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as it relates to job responsibilities and safety requirements

Physical Requirements

  • Normal visual acuity
  • Good hearing and oral communication skills
  • Ability to use a keyboard and mouse comfortably
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to move around freely in varied indoor and outdoor environments

General Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must adhere to all company policies and safety practices
  • Must be able to work the assigned schedule
  • Work hours may vary or change based on departmental requirements
