The Children’s Guild is hiring a Director of Facilities, Infrastructure & Capital Projects.

📍 TCG Headquarters | Baltimore, MD

🌎 Flexibility in work locations based on organizational and project needs

Salary range: $125K–$135.5K + health and wellness benefits + life insurance+ 403b match, PTO+ Holidays

This is a strategic, multi-site leadership opportunity spanning

🔹 Facilities & infrastructure planning

🔹 Capital budgets & forecasting

🔹 Construction & renovation projects

🔹 Commercial/property operations

🔹 Preventative maintenance strategy

🔹 Building systems & lifecycle planning

🔹 Vendor & contractor partnerships

🔹 Compliance, safety & risk

🔹 Team leadership & service delivery

We're especially interested in experienced leaders from facilities management, commercial real estate/property management, construction management, infrastructure, and capital projects.

QualificationsBachelors degree, Project management and budgeting experience are required. Relevant professional certifications, licenses, credentials, and specialized training will be considered and valued.
