We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Lot Attendant/ Vehicle Intake Coordinator to help keep inventory moving quickly from arrival to frontline-ready status.

Pay: $22.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on performance and results.

Status: Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)

Responsibilities

Receive and check in all incoming used vehicles.
Verify VIN, mileage, keys, and vehicle condition.
Tag and log vehicles upon arrival.
Send vehicles to Service and Merchandising the same day.
Track vehicles through Service, Detail, Photography, and Frontline.
Follow up on delays and keep vehicles moving.
Maintain lot organization and vehicle locations.
Manage vehicle keys and inventory records.
Work with the photographer to ensure vehicles are frontline and online ready.

Performance Expectations

Same-day processing of incoming used vehicles.
Average used vehicle time-to-frontline of 7 days or less.
Zero lost keys or missing vehicles.
Clean, organized, and properly staged inventory lots.

Qualifications

Automotive dealership experience preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
