Your future role at a glance Location: Remote Department: Applications and Platforms Schedule: Full-time Salary: $ 125,689.26 to $170,049.54 per year Eligible for an annual bonus incentive #LI-Remote How you'll make an impact in this role Lead the strategic roadmap and operational delivery of the enterprise platform to align software solutions with broader organizational goals. Oversee multi-vendor delivery performance, resource allocations, and timekeeping metrics for 35–50 service provider staff members. Champion a cohesive "One Team" culture to eliminate delivery silos between external vendor staff and internal product teams. Mentor and guide internal Product Managers and Product Analysts to foster technical growth and elevate platform execution standards. Align executive leadership, vendor managers, and cross-functional development teams to ensure high-quality, compliant software releases. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What additional requirements you'll need 10 years of progressive experience managing enterprise software platform delivery and external vendor teams. Proven track record leading multi-application software environments within a large-scale, complex enterprise ecosystem. Documented experience providing direct technical mentorship to product managers, business analysts, or software delivery teams.
