About The Role
Your Role
The Provider Operations team is responsible for the maintenance, integration, and governance of provider data. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Operations, the Systems Analysis, Consultant serves as a strategic partner in delivering provider data integration solutions that support business and operational objectives.
This role leads systems analysis efforts, translating business strategies into standards, requirements, and solution designs that balance value, risk, cost, compliance, and operational needs. The consultant works closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across the solution lifecycle, from discovery and design through testing, implementation, and continuous improvement. Through strong analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, this position helps drive high-quality outcomes and operational excellence.

Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Drive alignment on scope, priorities, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
- Define end-to-end process/integration/data flows aligned to enterprise standards.
- Analyzes all aspects of business unit functions to determine application, integration and optimal use of information systems.
- Develops and implements strategic plans regarding technical business requirements, including business needs analysis, feasibility planning, legacy and emerging systems assessments and business process redesign.
- Prepares detailed program specifications and flowcharts, and coordinates system installations with user departments.
- Own analysis and solution design across multiple systems/domains for programs
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 7 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with enterprise architecture concepts and integration patterns.
- Experience with relational databases, creating reports, data mining, participating in projects, testing, etc.
- Strong governance and quality discipline (traceability, controls, documentation) and ability to manage risks/issues to closure.
- Proven ability to drive alignment on scope, priorities, dependencies, and measurable outcomes with senior stakeholders
Hybrid
This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
