Automotive Detailer — Audi Richmond

We’re looking for an energetic, dependable Automotive Detailer with an eye for detail and pride in their work.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for the lot and customer delivery.
- Wash, wax, and professionally detail vehicles.
- Apply protective coatings to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, windows, and all surfaces.
- Clean and dress tires, wheels, and trim.
- Steam clean engines as needed.
- Provide courtesy washes for service customers.
- Help keep the service lane clean, organized, and moving efficiently.
- Assist with retrieving vehicles for customers.
- Support shuttle drivers with customer transportation when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties that help keep dealership operations running smoothly.

QualificationsQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in vehicle detailing or a similar role is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Manual dexterity and good physical stamina.
Skills
- Knowledge of various cleaning agents and their proper use.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and buffing machines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good judgment and the ability to handle machinery safely.
- Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and outdoor elements.
