What You'll Do
Help patients select frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle, vision needs, and personal style
Educate patients on eyewear options and lens technology
Measure, fit, dispense, adjust, and repair eyewear
Verify prescriptions and ensure quality standards are met
Troubleshoot eyewear concerns and provide outstanding customer support
Process orders, insurance information, and payments accurately
Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Support a successful, efficient, and patient-focused optical department

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred

Strong communication and computer skills
Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability and willingness to assist patients with mobility needs
