Site Accountant

The Junior Site Accountant at Nawy Real Estate plays a supportive role in managing financial transactions and accounting operations at construction sites. This entry-level position is responsible for assisting the Site Accountant with day-to-day financial activities, processing invoices, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for site operations, including procurement and project expenditures.
• Support the preparation and processing of invoices for vendors and contractors, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Help monitor project budgets by tracking expenses and comparing them to approved budgets.
• Collaborate with the Site Accountant and project teams to provide necessary financial documentation and reports.
• Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies as they arise.
• Prepare routine financial reports and assist in the audit process by providing relevant data.
• Follow established financial procedures and contribute to the enhancement of accounting processes.
• Provide support in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Prior experience in accounting or finance positions is a plus, but not required.
