About The Role

Special Projects Associate (Founder’s Office) – Peak 21 Location: Hong Kong (mandatory) Reports to: Founder & President Type: Full-time | Fresh graduate / early-career At Peak 21 we acquire and operate high-performing D2C brands. Our portfolio generates 9 figures in sales — bootstrapped, profitable, and built for the long term. We are operators first. We scale brands with a hands-on playbook across marketing, supply chain, product, and distribution. Offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, London, and New York. We are looking for a sharp, high-agency fresh graduate to sit in the Founder’s Office and own special projects end-to-end. This is not a traditional “executive assistant” role and not a pure marketing or ops role. It is a do-anything, learn-everything seat next to the founder. The Opportunity You will work directly with the founder on whatever needs to get done at high speed and high quality. That includes event management and coordination, sourcing trips (factories, suppliers, partners), product development support, random operational fire-drills, personal admin for the founder, and a steady stream of undefined but high-leverage projects. This is the fastest way to see how a multi-brand D2C holdco actually runs: deal flow, brand scaling, supply chain reality in Asia, creative and growth decisions, and the daily chaos of building durable consumer businesses. High performers in this seat get real ownership, rapid feedback, and a clear path into more specialized or leadership roles across the portfolio. What You’ll Do Own special projects from brief to completion — events, offsites, launches, partner meetings, and one-off initiatives. Coordinate and execute sourcing trips (Asia-focused): logistics, supplier meetings, sample tracking, documentation, and follow-up. Support product development workstreams: research, vendor coordination, sample management, timelines, and internal updates. Handle high-priority personal and professional admin for the founder with zero drama and high discretion. Act as the connective tissue across teams (marketing, supply chain, brand, finance) so projects move fast and cleanly. Anticipate needs, surface risks early, and close loops without being asked twice. Jump into whatever else the business requires — research, light analysis, vendor outreach, event production, travel planning, or operational cleanup. Who You Are Recent graduate (or 0–2 years experience) with exceptional judgment, ownership, and output. High agency and low ego. You get things done, figure things out, and do not need constant direction. Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities. Strong written and verbal communicator in English; additional languages (especially Mandarin/Cantonese) are a plus. Comfortable with travel, factory visits, supplier environments, and long or irregular hours when projects demand it. Based in (or ready to relocate to) Hong Kong. Curious about how real consumer businesses are built and scaled — product, supply chain, marketing, and operations. AI-fluent: you use tools daily to move faster on research, drafting, organization, and problem-solving. Discreet, reliable, and professional. You will see sensitive information and handle it accordingly. Bonus (not required): prior internship or project experience in e-commerce, consumer brands, events, supply chain, consulting, or startups; experience living or working in Asia; interest in product or operations. Why This Role Stands Out Direct access to the founder and the real decision-making process of a multi-brand D2C operator. Exposure across the full stack: events, sourcing, product, ops, and founder-level priorities. Accelerated learning curve that most early-career roles never provide. Clear runway: strong performers expand scope quickly and move into higher-impact seats inside Peak 21 or the portfolio brands. Competitive compensation + the intangible upside of working next to operators who have built and scaled brands to nine figures. We read every application carefully. Generic applications get ignored. Tell us why this messy, high-ownership seat appeals to you, what you have already shipped or organized that shows your standards, and how you think. Include any relevant links, projects, or examples of work. If you want a front-row seat to how category-defining D2C brands are actually built and scaled profitably — and you’re ready to own the unpredictable work that makes it possible — we want to hear from you.
