Job Description – Finance Intern - Thailand We’re looking for a Finance Intern to bring your talent to Noventiq Thailand. You’ll be part Finance and Accounting team! Job overview: This role provides support to the Finance and Accounting Department by aiding daily operational accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances. What you’ll do: · Invoice scanning and renaming. · Sending invoice soft copies to customers. · Sending hard copy invoices to customers. · Sending two-week payment reminder emails (initial email thread). · Document filing and record management. Preferred Qualifications: · Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or any other related field. · Knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets). · Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical error. · Good organizational and time-management abilities. Requirements : · Must have a personal laptop. · Available to work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
