You support category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution. How you will contribute You will: Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenues activities Support with the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoring Coordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activation Provide customer, channel and trade expertise and recommendations in the launch of new products Validate Launch Support Fees and track performance and complete reconciliation as required Prepare customer solutions (e.g. Tailor-made activations, events) in a co-operation with the Customer Activation team Evaluate the execution of activities vs the plan - drivers, implementation of learning into further activations What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Organizing and prioritizing skills Problem solving Finding new and innovative solutions Teamwork Having an open mind and driving for results Customer and category knowledge a distinct advantage About the Role We are looking for a Trade Marketing Analyst with a mix of strategic, analytical, and operational capabilities to manage the Traditional Trade channel. This role combines trade marketing execution, warehouse and materials management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial excellence. We need an energetic, fast-paced professional with drive and a hands-on approach who is comfortable with field operations, including warehouse visits and furniture/asset inspections. Key Responsibilities Execute and manage trade marketing initiatives for the Traditional Trade channel. Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, materials condition, and furniture/asset inspections on-site. Handle materials management, including quotations and coordination with warehouses. Analyze data using Power BI to generate insights and support decision-making. Support the sales team with the implementation of the new commercial policy. Audit evidence of commercial policy compliance at point of sale. Ensure correct execution of materials in the sales channel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and flawless execution. Develop independent market strategies within the assigned channel. Represent the Trade Marketing function locally in Guayaquil. KPIs Warehouse management and cost optimization. Correct execution of materials in sales. Commercial policy compliance and audit results. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferably completed). Experience in Trade Marketing within the FMCG/consumer goods industry. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI at an analytical level. English is a plus. Soft Skills & Competencies (Non-Negotiable) Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Team player with ability to work cross-functionally. High energy, drive, and proactive mindset. Previous experience in Trade Marketing is a must. Willingness to perform field visits (warehouse, point of sale).
