Volunteer Opportunity – Logistics & Procurement Support

LWF is seeking a motivated and organized volunteer to support the Logistics and Procurement Department -Amman Office, in ensuring efficient operational support to LWF’s field activities.

Key Area of Support

• Support local procurement, market surveys, supplier database updates, and purchase documentation.
• Assist with filing, scanning, archiving, and maintaining procurement and logistics records.
• Support fleet and movement planning, vehicle logbooks, and fleet documentation.
• Assist with equipment and IT-related follow-up and updating equipment records.
• Support stock management, office supplies, and premises-related activities.
• Assist with maintaining service and lease contracts and monitoring renewal/termination dates.

Time Commitment

• Maximum 11 days per month.
• Maximum 6 hours per day.
• Schedule to be agreed upon based on operational needs and volunteer availability.

Learning Opportunity

This opportunity provides practical experience in humanitarian logistics, procurement, fleet, equipment, stock, and contract administration within an international NGO.

Preferred Skills

• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Previous experience in logistics, procurement, or administration is an advantage.
