Managed Services Fab Tech 3 Position Summary Lionbridge is seeking a skilled and experienced Managed Services Fab Tech 3 to join our advanced manufacturing team. The Fab Tech 3 will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring the efficient operation of our fabrication facilities. This role requires a solid understanding of fabrication processes, good problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety. What You Will Do Provide technical support for fabrication equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems using a variety of tools and techniques. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians or vendor support. Monitor equipment performance and identify potential problems. Implement solutions to prevent future equipment issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation. To Be Successful You Will Have A high school diploma, General Education Development (GED) or equivalency. Technical certifications or an Associate's degree in a related field is a plus. 3+ years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair. Strong technical skills in [relevant equipment types and processes]. Good problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
