What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, and other professionals
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Provide crisis intervention and support when needed

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in the state of California
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of EHR systems is preferred
