You’ll receive intensive classroom and hands-on training to quickly grow your skills—with the goal of advancing to a full Installer role. Working alongside experienced team members, you’ll assist in delivering flawless installations that exceed expectations.What You’ll Do:Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems (not Garage door installation - coatings, scraping, etc.)Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to proper assembliesHandle and transport materials safely—indoors and outdoors—in all weather conditionsPerform surface detailing and ensure every project meets our high-quality standardsMaintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammatesWork at least two weekends per month and adapt to meet critical business needsKey QualificationsValid driver’s license requiredAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsExperience with basic hand tools and different hardware typesStrong attention to detail—accuracy to the millimeterOrganized, systematic, and solutions-oriented approach to workProfessional communication skills and customer service mindsetPhysical ability to lift and carry products into workspacesWho Thrives in This RoleThis position is ideal for someone who:Takes pride in hands-on work and craftsmanshipIs eager to learn and advance their career in installationEnjoys problem-solving and working in a team environmentCan balance professional demands with personal commitmentsSchedule & LocationBased in Landover, MD and surrounding areaRequires at least two weekends of work per monthCombination of indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditionsAbout Renuity GarageRenuity Garage is part of the Renuity family, a network of leading home improvement companies across the U.S. We specialize in garage transformations, custom storage, and organization solutions that turn clutter into clean, functional, and inspiring spaces.
