You’ll support our Campaign Management team in the day-to-day business, work closely with our customers, and take real ownership, whether it’s building reports, monitoring timelines, or digging into data to turn insights into action. If you enjoy working with numbers, research, and presentations, and you like improving processes instead of just following them, you’ll feel right at home. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Campaign Management team and gain insight into our day-to-day workflowsPrepare reports independently while keeping track of project plans and timelinesConduct research and work confidently with numbers and dataTake ownership of individual projects and demonstrate your skills through hands-on tasks and responsibilitiesWHO YOU AREYou are currently enrolled at a university, ideally in Business, Marketing, Media, Communication, Economics, or a similar fieldYou are interested in digital marketing, media, campaign management, and advertisingYou work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented wayYou feel comfortable working with numbers, data, and reportsYou have strong analytical skills and enjoy research tasksYou are able to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities at the same timeYou are proactive and like to contribute your own ideas to improve processesYou are a hands-on team player who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholdersYou have good skills in PowerPoint and Excel or similar tools for reporting and presentationsYou communicate clearly and confidently in English and German
