About The Role

The OpportunityYou will own paid search end to end for a handful of clients, from strategy through execution to the results conversation on the call. This is a senior seat: you set the SEM direction, decide where the budget does the most work, and you are the person the client trusts to tell them the truth about what's working. Ninety days in, you're running your accounts independently. By month six, you're the strategic voice clients lean on and the person junior analysts take direction from.What You'll OwnSet and drive the paid search strategy for your book of clients, tying every decision back to their actual business goalsFind the highest-leverage moves across each account and prioritize them over busyworkRun the full account lifecycle: keyword research, competitor analysis, builds, optimization, and the reporting that proves impactManage ecommerce campaigns, product feeds, and Merchant Center so Shopping performance holds upLead client relationships directly, running meetings and presenting results people can act onBuild the forecasts and measurement frameworks that connect spend to revenueDelegate cleanly to supporting analysts and give them enough context to execute without hand-holdingWhat We're Looking For3+ years managing paid search or SEM programs hands-onDeep Google Ads expertise, plus real Microsoft Ads experienceEcommerce paid search experience, including Google Merchant Center and product feed managementStrong command of keyword research, campaign structure, optimization, reporting, and forecastingTrack record juggling multiple client accounts or stakeholders at onceConfident client communicator who can present performance and own the room soloSharp organizational instincts and the judgment to catch risks before they become problemsNice to HaveMeta Ads Manager or broader paid social experienceVideo and display advertising backgroundPrior agency or client-services experienceComfort collaborating with SEO or wider digital marketing teamsTools and StackGoogle Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Merchant Center.
