We appreciate different backgrounds and see diversity as one of our strengths.THE TEAM AND ROLEAs a Medical Product Manager (all genders) you will bring deep clinical expertise into our product development and ensure that what we build reflects real hospital workflows, is medically sound, and creates genuine value for the clinicians using our software every day.Bridging medicine, product management, and engineering, you will translate complex clinical processes and needs into clear, buildable product requirements. Combining hands-on hospital experience with active product ownership, you will drive medical topics from the first clinical concept through to <delivery.You> will work closely with a multidisciplinary internal team – including fellow physicians and nursing professionals in product roles, Product Managers, Designers and Engineers – as well as with clinical staff and project teams on-site to continuously improve our platform. Your impact will be visible in a product that clinicians want to use and in a team that deeply understands the clinical reality it is building for.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESOwn medical components in our platform end-to-end, from discovery, conceptualization of requirements and solution, through specification, prioritization, development and testing to deliveryAnalyze clinical workflows and processes together with hospital partners, identify needs and inefficiencies, and translate them into structured, actionable product requirementsWrite clear specifications with acceptance criteria, validate implemented features against clinical requirements and provide structured feedback throughout the development processEnsure the accuracy, consistency and completeness of medical terminology, data sets, clinical logic and workflows across the product and proactively resolve clinical inaccuraciesCollaborate closely with internal teams and clinical partners to validate concepts, incorporate real-world clinical feedback, and actively shape roadmap and prioritization decisions from a medical perspectiveYOUR QUALIFICATIONSMedical Degree (Approbation) and 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience, preferably across different clinical settings or even hospitalsGenuine interest in healthcare digitalization and software products, ideally experience with hospital information systems, digitalization initiatives, or product managementStructured and analytical thinking: ability to translate complex clinical requirements into precise, understandable specifications for non-clinical colleaguesStrong sense of ownership and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment - comfortable working across disciplines and stepping in when neededHigh affinity for technology and emerging developments such as AI, ideally experience with trying out / building own things.
