Sr Coordinator Logistics

This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.Main Purpose of Role:Oversee all activities related to deliveries ex-factory from supplier, PO management, end-to-end distribution and operational support for Indonesia & Vietnam vendor base.

Key Responsibilities• Weekly follow-up billing report from service providers from both Vietnam & Indonesia• Oversee DOM & DI shipments for Indonesia origin, back up for Vietnam origin• Liaise with booking agents, forwarders, transporters and carriers to ensure the seamless logistics process• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support operations, enhance processes, and implement related projects.

Technical Skills Requirement

• Degree holder, preferably in logistics, supply chain management or commerce or equivalent. Prefer graduated from Foreign Trade University - Vietnam
• 5 - 8 years of working experience in Logistics field

Interpersonal Skills Requirements

Experience in Logistics industry & understanding functions of the trade

Knowledge in supply chain management fundamentals

Requisite regulatory documentation / or experience in corporate logistics / EXIM team handling freight forwarder, Bonded/CFS warehouse, Transporter.

Ability to manage operation/ relationships with vendors/ logistics service providers

Preferred experience in using SAP and recognized PO management systems

Strong problem-solving ability
