IT Senior Engineer (Defect Management System)

Find out more about us on <https://ams-osram.com> Your new responsibilities Global IT - Responsible for Defect Manager: understand business needs, deploy software releases regularly, do trouble shooting, identify gaps and communicate with users. Understand business requirements, develop and configure necessary system modifications, perform testing and document results. Handle emergency requests or calls with highest dedication. Proactively identify and propose system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new features and existing solutions. Close collaboration with IT team and external software vendor, bring in own ideas and document accordingly. Familiar with Jira and Confluence. What we look for Bachelor/Master or above in Computer Science, IT Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years working experience in semiconductor industry. Professional Knowledge in Defect Management System, Automatic Defect Classification, Linux, SQL/Oracle, Python, Windows, Requirements Engineering, Machine Learning. Need to be highly motivated to take initiative, assume ownership of applications and projects. Experience with working with colleagues abroad is good to have.
