Technical Training& Instructional Design Specialist

Job Summary: The Technical Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving technical training programs for optical lens manufacturing operations. The role ensures that production operators, inspectors, technicians, and other manufacturing personnel are properly trained, assessed, qualified, and certified before independently performing assigned processes. The Technical Trainer works closely with Production, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Human Resources, and Environmental Health and Safety to identify competency gaps, develop training solutions, support new-product and process deployment, and maintain an effective operator certification system.
