Workforce Coordinator / Workforce Planner

The main objective of this position is to ensure that:

**the right employee is assigned to the right project at the right time while working hours, holidays, overtime, and collective agreement requirements are properly managed.**

The role also aims to ensure efficient use of the company's workforce, maintain a balanced workload, and prevent unnecessary accumulation of overtime by planning and balancing working hours in advance.

• Proactive and independent approach to work

• Good knowledge of Excel and/or HR, workforce management, or working-time systems

• Interest in employment legislation and collective agreements

• Knowledge of the **Technology Industry Collective Agreement (TES)** is a strong advantage

• Previous experience in HR, workforce coordination, shift planning, project coordination, or working-time management is considered an advantage.
