Romanian Customer Service Advisor in Lisbon

Workster is recruiting Romanian-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an international customer experience project based in Lisbon, Portugal .

This is a great opportunity to join a multicultural, fast-growing team supporting customers of a well-known global brand. You will work in a modern office in Lisbon with structured training and the possibility to transition to a hybrid model after successful onboarding.

Your Role

• Provide customer support in Romanian via phone, email and chat
• Assist customers with product enquiries, orders, reservations and general requests
• Deliver professional, friendly and solution-oriented service to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions within agreed timeframes
• Process and update customer information accurately in internal systems
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and flag recurring issues to relevant teams
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve cases efficiently
• Maintain quality standards, follow company procedures and meet performance targets

Your Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Romanian
• Good command of English (B2 or above)
• Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills and ability to multitask
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
