Senior Manager

• Contract specialist lawyer with a demonstrated track record of reviewing and negotiating various kinds of procurement contracts • A leader with experience of managing a pool of experienced lawyers who provide required contract review, negotiation and related queries support, and setting up a process to support various KGS business units • Responsible for hiring suitable candidates for the team, providing relevant training to new joiners, maintaining regular communication with the business units, setting up a process for smooth delivery of quality services • Oversees team’s operations, staffing, execution and quality control • Help and support to junior and new members of the team • Second level review support • People management responsibilities • Add value to the guidelines and playbook from a domain perspective and also help team members accordingly • Team / process set-up, management, training and handling escalations #LI-DB3 #KGS

Educational qualifications • LLB or LLM Work experience • The candidate must have minimum 14-15 years of post qualification relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm or expertise in commercial and technology agreements in a large MNC​ • Skillset: Contract Specialist
