Supervisor, Customer Service and Administration

The Supervisor, Customer Service and Administration provides leadership and support to ensure the efficient delivery of customer billing, customer service activities, and business administration. This role oversees and manages the administrative functions, billing processes, and customer service excellence while supporting company objectives and compliance requirements, and reports to the Manager.
