Job Summary: Maintains responsibility for operational, day-to-day oversight of managerial duties including registration/clerical functions, financial management, operational performance, clinical performance and outcomes, business and program development. Serves as working supervisor for team or work group using comprehensive knowledge of a seasoned professional. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Master's Degree: Preferred Five years' relevant experience: Preferred One year's leadership experience: Preferred Essential Functions: Provides technical leadership while performing escalated or complex duties. Oversees employee/delegate work tasks throughout the organization to ensure tasks are completed properly and timely. Adheres to medical and legal patient practices. Schedules staffing shifts and in-house education. Collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques and analytical approach. Participates in goal setting process with clinic management team. Develops and implements strategy to achieve monthly/annual goals. Performs marketing research and maintains physician contact information. Ensures patient satisfaction. Uses independent judgment requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors. Conducts performance reviews and provides input on direct reports for human resource decisions such as hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions. Participates in the development of employees. Participates in the preparation of the department budget. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
