About The Role
Duties
- (a) to assist in organising various celebration and community activities including coordinating with government departments and non-government organisations;
- (b) to assist in computer data inputting and liaison work;
- (c) to assist in office administration, personnel and accounting matters;
- (d) to assist in drawing up sketches, printing and putting up table/seat labels, arranging souvenirs, handling inventories and stores, etc;
- (e) any other duties as assigned including delivery of materials and outdoor duties; and
- (f) if necessary, will be required to work outside normal office hours including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Entry Requirements
Applicants should have –
(a) (i) Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or
(ii) Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent;
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
(c) a minimum of two year’s full-time clerical or secretarial working experience;
(d) good computer knowledge including proficiency of MS Word and Excel; and
(e) Chinese word processing speed of 20 words per minute and English word processing speed of 30 words per minute. Suitable candidates may be required to attend a typing speed test.
Pay
$17,545 per month
Terms of Appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for 9-12 months. Details of which will be confirmed at the time of the offer of appointment.

(e) An invitation to the recruitment interview does not imply that the candidate has met the entry requirements of the post.
