About The Role

Establish high standards for creativity, quality, innovation, and execution. Translate business and brand objectives into compelling design strategies and solutions. Provide creative direction and final design oversight for major projects. Collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, product, technology, and business teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and external creative agencies where applicable. Develop design processes, guidelines, and quality standards to improve consistency and efficiency. Review and approve major creative concepts, presentations, campaigns, and design deliverables. Identify emerging design trends, technologies, tools, and best practices. Manage design budgets, resources, timelines, and priorities. Support recruitment, capability building, performance management, and succession planning within the design function. Champion a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Present design vision and recommendations confidently to senior management and key stakeholders.
