Process and Quotation Management Identify and organize the necessary resources for the costing and quotation process for Spare & Wear Parts . Establish priorities during the costing and quotation processes. Directly manage the response, follow-up, and status updates in the ERP system for Regular Opex Opportunities , from reception to obtaining the Purchase Order (PO). Ensure the timely delivery of client-requested proposals through portals or email. Monitor the continuous update of required information in the ERP system to guarantee accurate quotation issuance. Ensure the proper registration of POs in the Microsiga system, including creating the corresponding shared folders. A level D Individual Contributor applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. Requires work to be closely supervised. Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex.
