Assembly Group Leader 1 – Metalsa Hopkinsville Metalsa is seeking an Assembly Group Leader 1 to achieve operations stability on the assembly line by ensuring standardized work is followed to secure safety, quality, and productivity. This role leads on-the-job training for the shift, maintains compliance with the department's Skill Matrix, identifies and follows up on abnormalities, and builds a positive, accountable team environment. The ideal candidate brings proven Team Leader experience, familiarity with the Metalsa Operating System (OJT, Team Leader Board, Poka-Yoke, Standardized Work, JSA), and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the flexibility to work any shift and overtime as needed.
