In this role, you will design customer data architectures, build API integrations, and implement Salesforce Agentforce autonomous agents alongside core Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) technologies. You will bridge traditional marketing automation (AMPscript, SSJS, Journey Builder) with generative AI workflows to deliver intelligent customer engagements.
