Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and property assets to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations across the Co-op. This position performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general facility maintenance while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The Maintenance Technician works collaboratively with management, employees, contractors, and vendors to support operational excellence and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and team members. Primarily working in and around the City of Brandon, with travel required to locations in the communities of Minnedosa, Wawanesa, Rivers, Erickson, Sandy Lake and Strathclair as needed.
