Commercial Portfolio Coordinator – Commercial Real Estate

Aligned with HIAA's strategic priorities of Reinforcing our Foundation, Charting New Territory, and Advancing the Stanfield Experience, the Commercial Portfolio Coordinator – Commercial Real Estate is responsible for supporting the commercial performance, operational effectiveness and stakeholder relationships of an assigned portfolio of commercial real estate assets and partnerships. Reporting to the Commercial & Real Estate Manager, the incumbent serves as the primary commercial liaison for the assigned portfolio, working collaboratively with tenants, business partners and internal stakeholders to maximize portfolio value, support non-aeronautical revenue growth and deliver HIAA's commercial objectives.
