Manager/Senior Manager - Oracle Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate/Specialist (BDA) to support our Oracle Practice sales and marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with the Onshore Business Development Head, Oracle Practice Leadership Team, and Sales Organization to drive pipeline generation, webinar engagement, and meeting creation activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong business communication skills, a hunter mentality, and the ability to effectively position Oracle-related consulting and managed services offerings to prospective and existing clients. This role is focused on generating qualified sales opportunities through structured outreach, strategic prospecting, webinar promotion, and partner channel engagement. Work Schedule: This role is required to work in the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) timezone to effectively collaborate with the Onshore DS Team, Oracle Practice Leadership.
