Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care and hygiene needs
• Provide compassionate support, supervision, and companionship
• Administer routine medications in accordance with applicable state guidelines
• Assist with developing and updating individualized resident service plans
• Build meaningful relationships with residents while promoting their dignity, independence, and well-being
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Contribute to a positive, uplifting community where residents and staff can thrive

Qualifications

Current CHHA Certification

• Completion of applicable required training courses
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Compassion, patience, and empathy
• Understanding of and appreciation for the aging process
• A dependable team player who genuinely enjoys helping others

Part time- 7:00 am-3:00 pm
