Role Overview🏎️ Join the Driving Empire team as a Render Artist and help shape how one of Roblox’s leading automotive experiences looks and feels to millions of players. In this role, you’ll create high-quality renders across both in-game and marketing art, bringing strong creative instincts and a deep understanding of the Roblox ecosystem to everything from eye-catching thumbnails to polished game assets. You’ll work closely with our Art Lead to push creative ideas, evolve Driving Empire’s visual style, and create artwork that captures the latest trends across cars, sports and internet culture. 🎨 If you’re a Roblox-native artist who loves experimenting with composition, lighting, and visual storytelling—and wants your work to have a direct impact on how players discover and experience a game—we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll DoCreate renders for both in-game and marketing art for Driving EmpireWork with the Art Lead on artistic challenges, deliver with consistent speed across all requests to ensure art assets are delivered on timeUse creativity and insight to add value to asset requests, ensuring alignment with art lead and game team goalsExecute against Driving Empire’s game style and art direction, alongside the requirement set for by our licensing partnersFollow and execute against defined art-production pipelines, processes, and documentation to ensure efficient asset creation and implementationCollaborate effectively with the Art Lead on the provided feedback, ensuring assets meet quality standards and align with the artistic vision and technical requirements of the projectWho You Are1 - 3 years of work experience in a creative field (or equivalent freelance/owned project experience)Portfolio includes several examples of high-quality renders for games on RobloxAbility to level up assets creatively that they have worked on, strong creative senseProficiency in Blender, Photoshop, Roblox Studio, and Premiere ProAbility to work full-time (40+ hours per week)Be 18 years of age or olderNice to HaveFamiliarity with project management tools such as <Monday.com>, Asana, JIRA, or similar applicationsExperience with Moon AnimatorExperience creating animations within the Roblox ecosystemTech StackPlease see below Voldex’s tech stack in case you are interested:Roblox StudioPhotoshop/Gimp/Substance PainterMayaBlenderVoldex is an equal opportunity employer.
