forward.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Project Manager with hands-on experience working on US-based construction projects, ideally within high-end or luxury custom residential construction.This role will serve as a key communication and coordination point across the company, helping manage client relationships, support project execution, review construction documents and budgets, and improve internal processes.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable reading blueprints, and confident communicating with high-expectation clients and construction professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary communication link between management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clientsMaintain clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycleRead, understand, and interpret construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and project documentsAnalyze and evaluate vendor estimates, proposals, and construction budgetsCoordinate with internal employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholdersTrack project requirements, follow-ups, deliverables, and outstanding itemsHelp ensure projects remain aligned with quality, schedule, budget, and client expectationsManage client communications with a strong focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detailAnticipate potential issues and proactively communicate solutionsSupport the delivery of high-end custom homes while maintaining rigorous quality standardsIdentify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and
