You own how Flagright positions, competes, and wins — globally — and you run GTM for North America hands-on. You report directly to the CEO and work alongside regional GTM Associates in APAC and <EMEA.Global> ownership:Core product positioning and value propositions — the single narrative every region builds onMessaging architecture: the frameworks and templates regions use to build vertical- and persona-specific messagingSegmentation and ICP methodology: how we define segments, tier accounts, and structure buyer personasCompetitive intelligence: track competitors, maintain positioning frameworks and battlecards, design competitive minefields that expose competitor weaknesses — fed by regional inputsSales enablement: core playbooks and enablement materials used by the entire revenue orgNorth America (you run it yourself):Target segments, priority verticals, and buyer personas for the region, including adjacent opportunitiesRegional messaging per vertical, per channelStrategic support on enterprise opportunities: deal strategy, positioning, RFP responsesManage account lists for BD team targeting; campaign prioritizationLifecycle and reactivation campaign design, with marketing and salesEvent planning with Field Marketing and SalesPeople who thrive at FlagrightHave been knocked down before and gotten back upAre resourceful — figure it out with whatever tools existHave strong opinions, defend them, and drop them when proven wrongWould rather own targets than a task listRun toward ambiguity, not away from itWant to work with no-BS peoplePeople who struggle hereWant 9-to-6 and a predictable weekConfuse ambitious goals with unreasonable onesNeed priorities to hold still for a quarterTake blunt feedback or lost deals personallySay — or think — "that's not my job"Who we are looking forBased in the Bay Area with the right to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship available); fully in-person at our Santa Clara officeBachelor's degree required4–7 years in product marketing, GTM strategy, or enterprise sales — ideally in fintech, compliance technology, fraud prevention, or data infrastructureProven ability to translate technical products into clear commercial narrativesHas built segmentation frameworks, sales playbooks, and competitive positioning that a sales team actually usedStrong written and verbal communicationWilling and able to travel up to 20% of the timeWhat we offerEquity from day 1 at a Y Combinator startupGlobal ownership of positioning and GTM strategy, reporting directly to the CEOA product with clear, real-world differentiation in a market that is growing fastWork alongside a highly competent, top-tier team, including professionals from Y Combinator, ex-AWS, and PalantirLow-bureaucracy environment, minimal meetings, asynchronous communication cultureRelocation support; housing subsidy if you choose to live within 1 mile of the office
