About The Role

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Family Court Adviser team, based in Cheshire.
What will your responsibilities be?
Conduct safeguarding checks and risk assessments within family court proceedings.
Gather, analyze, and evaluate complex information relating to child welfare and protection concerns.
Prepare high-quality court reports, statements, and recommendations.
Represent and advocate for the child's wishes, feelings, and best interests.
Undertake direct work with children, young people, and families.
Provide expert advice to courts on safeguarding and welfare matters.
Manage a varied caseload across Public Law and Private Law proceedings.
Work effectively with local authorities, legal representatives, schools, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies.
Support the delivery of the Child Focused Court Model (CFC), ensuring children's voices remain central throughout proceedings.
Maintain accurate case records and utilize case management systems effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role you must have;

Social Work England registration

Eligible to work in the UK

Hold a full UK driving licence

Post-qualified experience

Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
