About The Role
Adree is seeking a Software Quality Assurance, Expert to support product development by leveraging technical and analytical expertise to implement and ensure the application of quality strategies, methodologies, and standards across products and systems, ensuring end-to-end quality throughout the software development lifecycle from analysis through release.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement QA strategies and methodologies for products and systems, ensuring quality standards are applied.
- Align solution and product development processes with policies, procedures, and standards across the full lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with product and project development procedures across all methodologies, including Agile and DevOps , from analysis through release.
- Review different business functions to support and enhance QA strategies.
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, system testers, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct audits and review activities to identify potential issues and ensure end-to-end quality.
- Prepare quality output reports for stakeholders and ensure all processes and products comply with defined standards.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent .
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / QA governance within software or digital product development.
- Experience implementing QA strategies, standards, and compliance across the full lifecycle (analysis through release).
- Hands-on experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies, supporting QA activities from planning to release.
- Experience coordinating with Business Analysts, Developers, System Testers, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Skills & Competencies (Technical & Analytical + Soft)
- Strong understanding of QA strategies, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Ability to align QA processes with policies, procedures, and standards across the lifecycle.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements across Agile and DevOps workflows (from analysis to release).
- Strong coordination skills across multiple functions (Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Stakeholders).
- Ability to conduct audits/reviews and identify risks or improvement opportunities.
- Strong reporting skills to produce quality output reports for stakeholders.
Preferred (but not required)
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Certifications: Six Sigma, CSM (Scrum/CSM), ITIL, ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1 .
