For our valued partner from the energy sector we are looking for a

Project Assistant (m/f/d) at the Berlin location.

Join a dynamic project environment where precise coordination, transparent processes and reliable project data contribute to efficient workflows and successful collaboration across international project teams.

Your tasks

  • Manage the Invoice Control Sheet and maintain accurate operational trackers for project progress, KPIs and key activities
  • Maintain and organize shared Box folders with consistent categorization to ensure efficient access to project documentation
  • Analyze and optimize PMO workflows by creating process flow charts, identifying bottlenecks and developing proposals to reduce administrative effort
  • Coordinate project activities and follow up on actions with stakeholders across multiple projects to support timely completion
  • Organize meetings and workshops, including scheduling and coordinating related logistics such as room and hotel bookings
  • Support the preparation of management reports by ensuring that project data is accurate, complete and clearly presented

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Administration or a comparable field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as working knowledge of Smartsheet for project tracking and management
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail when handling project data, documentation and operational processes
  • Proactive and self-motivated working style with the ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project stakeholders; fluent English is required, while German or French language skills are an advantage
