Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager

Noble Roots at Muskerry Golf Club, Carrigrohane, Co. Cork, T12 CH50. require a Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager for a busy restaurant.

Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for manage food and beverage operations.

Ability to delegate and lead a team of staff.

Other requirements include

• Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager experience in modern dining environment
• Comply with HACCP control and maintain standards of hygiene.
• This position is a full time permanent position.
• 39 hours per week.
• €36,650 per annum salary.
• Location: Noble Roots at Muskerry Golf Club, Carrigrohane, Co. Cork, T12 CH50.
