Italian and/or English B2B Customer Support Specialist

Hotelston is a wholesale (B2B) travel service reservation company. Our product <Hotelston.com> is used by over 10 000 travel agents and tour operators in 15+ countries. Hotelston aims to provide the best price and after-sale support for travel business professionals as well as end-customers.

In order to provide the best support for our customers. We are growing and currently looking for an Italian Customer Support Specialist (B2B):

Tasks:

• Provide customer support by phone and email
• Manage travel service (hotel, transfer, attraction) bookings
• Resolve customer issues and complaints
• Manage and review contracts
• Handle special offers, stop sales

Requirements:

• Fluent in English language (both spoken and written)
• Native in Italian language (both spoken and written)
• Attention to details
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer-oriented communication skills
• Ability to work on Saturdays (depends from agreement)
