About The Role

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Soporte para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de atención al cliente y soporte técnico. Tu principal misión será asistir a nuestros clientes en el uso del software de Wolters Kluwer en materia contable y fiscal, resolviendo incidencias y proporcionando formación funcional.
Funciones:
Atender consultas técnicas y funcionales sobre el uso del software (vía teléfono, email).
Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con procesos contables, fiscales y de configuración.
Realizar formaciones a nuevos usuarios.
Realizar demos a clientes y potenciales clientes.
