Duty: Monitor/Inspection 50 % Brief Duty Description: Visually inspect, monitor and record readings of boiler, pumps and air compressors temperature and pressure, compression tanks pressure, and outside air temperature on an hourly basis. B. Duty: Water Chemical Analysis/Treatment 10 % Brief Duty Description: Water chemical analysis and treatment for boilers, city water, system water, colling towers water and water softeners. Adjust treatment program to maintain proper chemical balance. C. Duty: Maintain Environment 20 % Brief Duty Description: Maintain clean environment for proper function and operation of equipment and computers. D. Duty: Preventative Maintenance 20 % Brief Duty Description: Perform preventative maintenance on a daily, monthly and annual basis depending on function and use.
