Sr. LIS Application Analyst

Maintain standards of operation designed by the Administrative Laboratory Director, College of American Pathologists, Joint Commission of Accreditation of Hospitals and state (NJDOH) and federal (CLIA) regulations. Administer Hospital and Laboratory policies and procedures pertaining to the LIS. Assure employee conformance to LIS best practices. Act as a liaison with LIS vendors to correct any quality issues and works with vendors for resolution of any performance issues or installation of new hardware and software. Manage the various LIS programs utilized by the Laboratory Personnel. Monitor lab testing and the accuracy of data transfer and results transfer between multiple systems.
