All candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.The OpportunityWe're continuing to scale our go-to-market strategy and are looking for a Manager, Website & Conversion Optimization — a technically adept "site producer" who will play a key role in improving how our website supports demand generation, conversion, and growth.We're looking for a highly analytical, execution-oriented person to own the money pages, site architecture, navigation, page creation, performance, and CRO program that power Blue J's website. Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation and working closely with the Blue J Brand Team, this high-impact role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, brings a thoughtful and precise approach, and is motivated to continuously improve site performance. Website ownership at Blue J is split by design: this role owns the Demand Generation side of the site, including architecture, page creation, money pages, navigation, CRO experimentation, and performance reporting, while the Brand team owns content, creative, look and feel, and AEO/GEO oversight. We use levels to define the expected scope, autonomy, impact, decision-making, and experience for each role. Final compensation will be set fairly and thoughtfully based on experience, expertise, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities. While all candidates are expected to bring directly relevant experience, the top of the range is typically reserved for individuals who demonstrate exceptional depth in the role’s core competencies, a strong track record of impact in similar environments, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy from day one.
