At our Stadskanaal manufacturing site, we produce innovative solutions under the STOPAQ® and EASYQOTE® brands, helping customers protect and extend the lifecycle of critical assets in industries such as energy, oil gas, renewable energy, and industrial manufacturing. Our technologies improve asset reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and provide long-term protection in some of the world's most demanding environments. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Excellence Coordinator to join our Customer Excellence team in Stadskanaal. In this role, you will serve as a key link between customers, sales, production, logistics, and finance, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the entire order-to-delivery process. You will play a vital role in supporting our global customer base by coordinating orders, managing export documentation, organizing transportation, and driving operational excellence across the supply chain. What you will do Manage customer quotations, order processing, and related administrative activities. Enter and maintain sales orders in SAP/ERP systems and ensure accurate order documentation. Coordinate order fulfillment activities with production, warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams. Organize domestic and international transportation and monitor shipment progress. Create and process invoices and support customer billing activities. Prepare and manage export documentation for international shipments. Process Letters of Credit (LCs) and support international trade transactions. Collaborate with Finance on debtor management and payment follow-up. Handle customer returns, claims, and issue resolution activities. Inform customers about product availability and delivery schedules. Support customer training events and maintain communication with certified applicators. Prepare certifications, passes, customer records, and customer-related documentation. Provide commercial and operational support to sales managers and other stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service and operational excellence.
